Just a day before OS X El Capitan's full public release, Apple has seeded the second beta of OS X 10.11.1 to developers. If you're an interested developer, you can go ahead and start downloading the update through the OS X Developer Resource Center.
Apple seeded the first OS X 10.11.1 beta to developers roughly two weeks ago, and followed up shortly after with a public beta release. Mum's the word on the technical changes and bug fixes so far in this version, but we do know that El Capitan's first update includes some new emoji. It's unclear when we'll see the update arrive en masse, but given the initial El Capitan release is September 30, we'd expect it to arrive in the coming month or months.
