SCRANTON — A judge in Lackawanna County sentenced a man, who admitted to firing a gunshot at a vehicle on the Casey Highway, back in March.
Daniel Parliament, 31, of Beach Lake, must serve up to 3 years in prison.
Earlier this year, Parliament pleaded guilty to pulling a gun and firing at a pickup truck as he drove.
State Police in Lackawanna County said Parliament got angry after the driver of the pickup tapped his brakes.
Parliament must also pay $250 in restitution to the victim.
