6.1.3 beta 2 fixes jailbreak
I am getting my iPhone 5 Friday after work. My upgrade was available awhile ago so I might as well do it now so I can jailbreak. And hope nothing ever goes wrong where I have to do a restore and lose it. Usually never happens though. I just don’t see why apple feels the need to do this. I mean 7 million people jailbroke their phones!! Why would a company want to dissatisfy that many of your customers?? I mean we are still buying their product so why alienate so many of your best consumers? Just don’t understand. I guess the answer is "because they can"

How to Jailbreak Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch with Evasi0n
Once you plug in your device to iTunes, it’ll prompt you to download and run the iOS 6 update for your device. If you haven’t already updated to the latest version of iTunes, then you should do that as well. If your device is not jailbroken, then you will update to iOS 6.1 without any problems. If your device is jailbroken, iOS will fail to complete the update and force into recovery mode. Don’t Panic! Simply let iTunes run a recovery with the latest version of iOS 6.1. Once completed, the device will have been reset to factory settings with iOS 6.1. In either case, do not sync your device just yet.
